AVLView application is configured for sms gateway such as Twilio, SMS Root etc.
To know the list of gateway providers in AVL, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Click Setting tab from top right corner of the screen
Step 2: Click ‘SMS’ Tab
Step 3: Check if your gateway is listed in the displayed list
Step 4: Select the respective gateway and enter the required information.
(sample configuration (Twilio) is shown below for reference)
Step 5: Enter a mobile number to test if the gateway details are correct and click “SEND”
Step 6: Choose “Yes, I received the test message and save the changes if test SMS is received
If you fail to receive the test SMS in provided mobile number, please login a support ticket
