I receive multiple instances of the same alert every 10 minutes, after I set an overstay alert for my vehicle. How do I change its frequency and duration?
Step 1: Go to Settings -> Alerts Overview
Step 2: Click ‘Edit’ button under Overstay
Step 3: If you wish to change the duration of overstay, click ‘Edit Alert Rule’
Step 4: In the following window, change the duration and save the changes
(In the above setting, the application will generate an overstay alert if the vehicle is in idle condition at a location for more than 30 seconds)
Step 5: If you wish to change the frequency of this alert generation, you may change the alert frequency (e.g., 45 minutes)
(As per this setting, application will generate overstay alerts every 45 minutes (if the vehicle is in idle condition at a location, for more than 30 seconds)
