When I tried importing some fleet service related data, the import log showed “0” records processed and displayed a “Failed” message, what could be the reason for this?
The import log will throw an error message if there is any mismatch in fields entered in the fleet service log file. To identify the error, you may download the error file (error description will be listed in the same).
Step 1: Click on the “Export” option to download the Error log (if any)
Step 2: You may view the error log and error description in exported list.
