Please follow below steps to delete an active subscription.
Step 1: Click ‘Clients’ tab and select the relevant client account
Step 2: Click ‘View Subscriptions’ tab
Step 3: Type in the vehicle plate number or IMEI in search bar to find the subscription
Step 4: Choose the vehicle and ‘Cancel’ the subscription from settings
Step 5: Read the warning message and click “YES I UNDERSTAND”.
Subscription is deleted now.
Note: Once a Subscription is cancelled, fleet(s) related to this subscription will be deleted permanently and this action can not be reverted. Once subscription is deleted, the vehicle’s previous history records will be removed from the database.
