View User Activity

The Audit Log records what each user changed in your AVLView workspace, so you can review activity for accountability and compliance.

How to view user activity

1. Go to Settings > Audit Log.
2. Open the Action Audit tab.
3. Read the list of changes — each row shows the user, action, target, time, and details.
4. Apply filters to narrow the list to the user or period you need.
5. Export the results when you need a record for compliance.

What each entry shows

• User — who performed the action.
• Action — what they did.
• Target — the record or setting they changed.
• Time — when the change happened.
• Details — additional context about the change.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export the activity records?

Yes. You can filter the Action Audit list and export it, which is useful for compliance records.
