How to verify your email and mobile
- Open your profile and update your email address or mobile number if either has changed.
- After you save the change, a verification prompt appears for that contact.
- Complete the verification prompt to confirm the email or mobile number.
- Repeat for the other contact if it also needs verifying.
What gets verified
- Registered email — where emailed alerts and reports are sent.
- Registered mobile number — where SMS notifications are sent.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I do not verify my contacts?
Unverified contacts may not receive notifications, so you could miss alerts and scheduled reports until you complete verification.
