Frequently asked questions
What do these hours affect?
They drive after-hours alerts — flagging activity outside working hours — and make reports cleaner by distinguishing on-hours from off-hours movement.
Can one driver have different hours from their group?
Yes. Assign shift templates by group for the common case, then override per driver where someone works a different pattern.
