Notification preferences let you decide which alerts reach you and how. Use the matrix in Settings > Notifications to pick categories and channels, then set Active Hours to control when alerts arrive.

How to set your notification preferences

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. In the matrix, choose which alert categories you receive — Safety & Security, Vehicle Status & Maintenance, Geofence & Location, and Driver Behaviour.
  3. For each category, pick the channels: In-App, Email, SMS, or Push.
  4. Set your System & Account notifications — Billing, Product Updates, and Security.
  5. Set Active Hours so alerts deliver only within the times you choose, then save.

What you can configure

  • Alert categories — Safety & Security, Vehicle Status & Maintenance, Geofence & Location, and Driver Behaviour.
  • Channels — In-App, Email, SMS, and Push, chosen per category in the matrix.
  • System & Account — Billing, Product Updates, and Security notifications.
  • Active Hours — alerts deliver only within set times; suppressed alerts are still logged, and Safety & Security can bypass Active Hours.

Frequently asked questions

Do Email and SMS work out of the box?

Email (SMTP) and SMS delivery may require your own provider to be configured. In-App and Push work within the platform; set up your SMTP/SMS provider to enable the Email and SMS channels.

What happens to alerts outside my Active Hours?

They're still logged even when suppressed, so you don't lose them. Safety & Security alerts can bypass Active Hours so critical alerts still reach you.
