- Channels — In-App, Email, SMS, and Push, chosen per category in the matrix.

Frequently asked questions
Do Email and SMS work out of the box?
Email (SMTP) and SMS delivery may require your own provider to be configured. In-App and Push work within the platform; set up your SMTP/SMS provider to enable the Email and SMS channels.
What happens to alerts outside my Active Hours?
They're still logged even when suppressed, so you don't lose them. Safety & Security alerts can bypass Active Hours so critical alerts still reach you.
