Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with AVLView services. This policy sets out the circumstances in which you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
1. Subscription Refunds
14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first fourteen (14) days of your first subscription, we will provide a pro-rata refund based on the remaining days in the subscription period. This applies to new subscriptions only, not renewals.
After 14 Days
After the fourteen-day period, SaaS subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No credits are issued for unused portions of cancelled subscriptions.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are subject to the same 14-day refund window from the subscription start date. Beyond that, annual subscription service may be cancelled but refunds are not available.
2. Hardware Refunds
For GPS hardware devices purchased directly from AVLView or authorised distributors, the following return policy applies:
- 30-Day Return: Unused, unopened devices in original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Opened or Installed Devices: Devices that have been opened or installed in vehicles are not eligible for refund unless a documented manufacturing defect is present.
- Defective Devices: Devices confirmed defective within 90 days of purchase will be replaced or fully refunded at your choice.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
3. Installation Fees
GPS device installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If you cancel an installation appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@avlview.com with:
- Your account name and registered email address.
- The relevant order or invoice number.
- The reason for your refund request.
- For hardware returns: photos of the device and packaging.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider. Please allow time for your bank or credit card statement to update before contacting our support about delays.
6. Exceptions
The standard refund policy does not apply to the following:
- Custom Development: Custom development and third-party integration services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- White-Label Setup: White-label setup fees and reseller branding configuration are non-refundable once setup is complete.
- Training and Consulting: Completed training sessions and consumed consulting hours are non-refundable.
- API Access Fees: Enterprise-level API access fees are non-refundable once credentials are issued.
