Change Your Password
You can change your own password at any time from your profile. If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, use the reset flow instead.

How to change your password
- Open your profile.
- Choose to change your password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password.
- Save the change.
Password policy
- Minimum length — the shortest password allowed.
- Uppercase — whether an uppercase letter is required.
- Number — whether a digit is required.
- Special character — whether a symbol is required.
These requirements are set org-wide in Settings > General (Platform & Security), so your new password must satisfy them.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password — can I change it here?
No. Changing your password requires your current password. If you cannot sign in, use the reset flow instead.
Who sets the password requirements?
An administrator sets them org-wide in Settings > General (Platform & Security), and they apply to everyone in the organization.
