What the report shows
Each row measures a driver against their planned shift, and the summary bar totals compliance across the fleet:
- Drivers Scheduled — how many drivers had a shift configured for the period.
- Started On Time — the number who began their shift within the allowed window.
- Late Starts — drivers who clocked on after their scheduled start time.
- No Show — scheduled drivers with no activity against their shift.
- Overtime Instances — occasions where a driver worked beyond their scheduled hours.
- Compliance Rate — the share of shifts worked as scheduled, your single headline compliance figure.

Frequently asked questions
Where do the shift schedules come from?
The report measures each driver against the shift schedules configured in AVLView, so keeping those schedules up to date keeps the flags accurate.
What makes a shift “non-compliant”?
Late starts, early finishes, no-shows and overtime all count against compliance. The Compliance Rate rolls these into one percentage for the fleet.
