Asset Performance Scorecard
The Asset Performance Scorecard gives you a per-asset monthly scorecard covering utilisation, fuel economy, driver-behaviour safety, and compliance in a single auditable PDF. It is built for oil & gas operators meeting IVMS mandates such as Aramco, ADNOC, and PDO.

What the report shows
Each vehicle gets its own scorecard, and the sections adapt to the sensors actually fitted to that vehicle.
- Performance Score — a single headline score summarising the asset's month across all measured areas.
- Distance (Month) — total distance the vehicle covered during the month.
- Utilisation — how actively the asset was worked over the period.
- Avoidable Idle Cost — the fuel and cost wasted on idling that could have been avoided.
- Safety Events — driver-behaviour events such as harsh braking or speeding recorded for the asset.
- Compliance — the asset's standing against IVMS and policy requirements for the month.
How to run it
- Open Reports and choose the Fleet Intelligence category (or search “scorecard”).
- Select Asset Performance Scorecard.
- Set the date range you want.
- Click View to see it on screen, or Download for a PDF or Excel copy.
Schedule it
Open the Scheduled tab and set the scorecard to run monthly. AVLView emails each asset's PDF automatically, giving you a ready audit trail for IVMS reviews without logging in.
Frequently asked questions
What if a vehicle doesn't have all the sensors?
The sections adapt to each vehicle's fitted sensors, so a scorecard only shows the areas that vehicle can actually report on.
Is this suitable for IVMS audits?
Yes. The scorecard is an auditable PDF built specifically for oil & gas IVMS mandates such as Aramco, ADNOC, and PDO.
