Share a Completed Trip
When a delivery is done or a job is complete, you can share that single trip with a customer or colleague. They get a clean, brand-neutral map of the route — no AVLView login required.
How to share a completed trip
- Open the trip you want to share and choose Share.
- Set a purpose for the share — Completed, Delivered, Picked-up, Drop-off, Service, Transfer, or Custom.
- Choose an expiry for the link and add an optional note.
- Click Generate link. The link is copied automatically.
- Copy it again if needed, send it by email, or choose Share on WhatsApp.
What you can set
- Purpose — the label the recipient sees: Completed, Delivered, Picked-up, Drop-off, Service, Transfer, or Custom.
- Expiry — how long the link stays live: 1 Hour, 4 Hours, 12 Hours, 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week, or 2 Weeks.
- Note — an optional message shown alongside the trip.
Frequently asked questions
What does the recipient see?
A brand-neutral map showing the trip route, its start and end, any stops, the status (delivered, in-progress and so on) and the distance and duration. No login is needed.
Do I have to retype email addresses each time?
No. Recent email recipients are remembered, so sending an update to the same customer is quick.
