Tow Alerts Generated

A tow alert on a stationary vehicle fires when it moves over 100 m at 15 km/h with the ignition off — which can happen in a workshop. It's the tow rule working as configured.

Cause and fix

My fleet was in the workshop for the last 2 days, but received an alert stating that it was towed away, please comment.

As per the conditions set, if a vehicle moved for a distance above 100 metres from the parked location at a speed of 15 km/hour while the ignition is OFF, a tow alert will be generated.

If only the first of two nearby spot-fence alerts fires, the POIs are overlapping — only the POI the vehicle touches first triggers. Edit the POI perimeters so they don't overlap.
