Invalid Account Activation Link

An “Invalid Link” message when activating your account means the invitation link can no longer be used — usually because it has expired or was already opened. Here’s why it happens and how to get a working link.

Cause and fix

For security, activation links are time-limited and single-use. Opening an old link, one that was already used, or a link from an earlier invitation email will show “Invalid Link!”.

Ask your fleet manager or administrator to resend the activation link, then open the newest email and click the link promptly in a standard web browser.

Frequently asked questions

The new link is also invalid.

Make sure you’re opening the most recent invitation email — an older one in your inbox will still be expired. Open the link soon after it’s sent, and avoid copying it between apps, which can break it.

I don’t have an administrator to resend it.

Contact support and we’ll help you activate your account.
