Dear User

We wanted to let you know regarding the upcoming changes to our privacy policy and user agreement. These changes will go into effect as of May 25, 2018.

We are making these changes to better explain our privacy practices to you and to reflect changes required by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) . This includes more information about how we collect, use, and share any personal information you may give us. We have reworded some content, and added details with the objective of making our practices easy for our customers to understand.

Notable updates include:

Greater Transparency. The new privacy policy will provide more detailed explanations of what personal information we collect from you, how we collect it, what we do with it, and who we share your data with, including how we share information with third parties;

More Control. We have new settings that will give you more choices about how you may share and control the information you give us. The new policy will also outline specific procedures for asking us to stop or limit using the data we have about you.

We encourage you to review the updated privacy policy here and the user agreement here. Please note that the updated privacy policy and the user agreement apply to our brand AVLView, a trusted and secure fleet management software as a service, that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. By using the service on or after the effective date of the new policy, you will be accepting the revisions.
