Adding a device to AVLView
Once a device is installed and configured, add its vehicle in AVLView using the device's IMEI. See Add a vehicle or GPS device.

Is my device supported?
AVLView is device-agnostic and works with 200+ GPS models. If you don't see yours, contact support to confirm.
What does device-agnostic mean?
You're not locked to one hardware brand — AVLView reads data from 200+ models, so you can mix devices and keep your existing trackers.
The device isn't reporting after setup.
Recheck the APN and server settings, confirm the SIM has an active data plan, and make sure the device has power. See Troubleshooting.
